LuxeBox Atelier offers curated collections of bespoke home decor and contemporary art works in customised, themed luxury gift boxes. We specialise in bringing together high-end, beautifully designed pieces that add elegance and sophistication to every corner of your home. Our mission is to elevate living spaces with items that offer both style and substance, by providing a unique interior design experience and making luxury accessible in everyday life. 

All our products are ethically and sustainably sourced, mostly from within the European Union so as to limit our footprint and to have more visibility into their supply chains.  We work with partners and creators with similar values and always ensure to source products locally or with the least amount of impact possible. Likewise we strive to use eco friendly packaging and have incorporated sustainable practices into all areas of our business.

Every LuxeBox Atelier collection is thoughtfully curated to deliver the aesthetic and experience presented at the time of purchase. On rare occasions, a featured item may become unavailable due to supplier discontinuation, limited production, or unforeseen availability. Where this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute that item with an alternative of equivalent or higher quality, value and design aesthetic that preserves the overall character and intended experience of the collection. Any substitution will be made only where necessary and will never reduce the overall value or quality of the collection.

By design we do not mass produce our collections, or have unlimited numbers of stock. We prioritise selling hand-crafted, or made-to-order items in very limited batches. We use localized sourcing and have a sustainable supply chain model, therefore every collection is assembled in small production runs and then packaged by hand in our creative studio. Occasionally dispatch may take a little longer while we complete your curated collection.

We make every effort to ensure every LuxeBox Atelier collection matches the photographs shown. On rare occasions, a featured item may become unavailable due to limited production or supplier availability. If this happens, we may replace it with an alternative of equal or greater quality, value and design aesthetic that preserves the overall look and experience of the collection.

We work with reputable shipping companies to always ensure both fair shipping fees and the secure handling of our products to your door. If you have specific questions relating to shipping please email us. 

We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused and unopened items, from the time of receipt of the items. Please see our returns section and terms and conditions page for additional information. 

Because each LuxeBox Atelier collection is assembled in limited production runs, there may occasionally be a longer preparation period while we await the arrival of a carefully selected item. This allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of every collection while reducing unnecessary overproduction and waste.

Every LuxeBox Atelier collection is individually curated rather than taken from warehouse stock. Occasionally one carefully selected piece within your collection may be awaiting replenishment from one of our design partners. Rather than substituting products or compromising the experience, we wait until your collection is complete before dispatching it.

If your order is affected, we'll provide regular updates and an estimated dispatch date.

Dispatch estimates may be extended by up to 21 calendar days where necessary to complete a curated collection due to limited production or supplier replenishment. If a longer delay is expected, customers will be contacted and offered the option to continue waiting, accept an agreed substitute where available, or cancel the order for a full refund prior to dispatch.

Where an item becomes permanently unavailable before dispatch, LuxeBox Atelier reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equivalent or greater quality and value that reflects the original design vision of the collection. Where a suitable substitute cannot be sourced, customers will be contacted to discuss the available options, which may include an agreed alternative or cancellation of the order before dispatch. In the case that a collection is not available after purchase, LuxeBox Atelier will either obtain the customer's agreement before dispatch of a similar collection, of equivalent or higher quality, overall character and intended experience of the collection, or offer the option to cancel for a refund.
