SECTION 16- PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH TIMES
LuxeBox Atelier operates a limited-production model rather than maintaining large volumes of finished stock. Certain collections are assembled upon order using products sourced from carefully selected suppliers.
Although estimated dispatch times are provided, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Where an item forming part of a collection is temporarily awaiting replenishment, dispatch may be extended until the complete collection can be prepared. Customers will be informed where any material delay is anticipated. We reserve the right to delay dispatch for a reasonable period to ensure the integrity of the curated collection rather than substituting products without prior agreement.
SECTION 16- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND COLLECTION CURATION
Every LuxeBox Atelier collection is thoughtfully curated to deliver the aesthetic and experience presented at the time of purchase. On rare occasions, a featured item may become unavailable due to supplier discontinuation, limited production, or unforeseen availability. As part of our limited-production atelier model, collections may evolve slightly between production runs as we continue to refine our curation and collaborate with new artisans and brands. Any changes will be carefully considered to maintain—or enhance—the overall aesthetic, quality and value of the collection.
Where this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute that item with an alternative of equivalent or higher quality, value and design aesthetic that preserves the overall character and intended experience of the collection. Any substitution will be made only where necessary and will never reduce the overall value or quality of the collection.
Return and Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or exchange based on the options available.
- Prepare the items or box to be returned within the original packaging, and arrange to ship to the returns address that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us and await confirmation following the receipt of the items.
Additional Information.
You will receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit once the returned item has been received by LuxeBox Atelier and the return processed.
Any shipping fees for returns need to be paid by the customer.
Lost or damaged returns.
If an item or box has been lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us to with any necessary information and /or photos etc for us to arrange a course of appropriate action or replacement.

Every LuxeBox Atelier collection is thoughtfully curated and carefully assembled to deliver an exceptional gifting and home styling experience. As we operate a limited-production atelier model rather than mass-producing finished stock, we ask that customers review the following shipping information before placing an order.
Processing & Preparation
All orders are subject to a preparation period before dispatch.
Our standard preparation time is up to 5 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
During busy seasonal periods, promotional events or collection launches, preparation times may be slightly longer.
Limited Atelier Production
LuxeBox Atelier produces collections in carefully managed quantities to minimise unnecessary inventory and reduce waste.
Occasionally, dispatch may take longer than our standard preparation period if we are awaiting the arrival of a carefully selected item required to complete your collection.
Where a material delay is expected, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order and advise you of the revised estimated dispatch date.
Dispatch & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation together with any available tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are outside the control of LuxeBox Atelier.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier or postal service disruptions;
- severe weather;
- customs processing;
- public holidays;
- industrial action;
- force majeure events; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is charged at a standard flat rate, with the applicable rate determined by the collection purchased. As our collections vary considerably in size and weight, larger collections may incur a higher shipping charge than smaller collections. The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
International Shipping
LuxeBox Atelier proudly ships internationally to selected destinations.
International delivery times will vary depending on destination country, customs processing and local delivery services. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their country.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other government charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included within the purchase price or shipping fee. The customer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges required to clear the shipment. Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in delays, the return of the shipment or destruction of the goods by the relevant authorities. LuxeBox Atelier accepts no responsibility for such costs or losses.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. LuxeBox Atelier cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging where possible. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the courier. Claims for lost parcels may be subject to the courier's investigation procedures and timeframes.
Product Availability
Every LuxeBox Atelier collection is curated using carefully selected products sourced from trusted suppliers and artisan brands. On rare occasions, dispatch may be delayed while we await replenishment of a specific item required to complete a collection. Where an item becomes permanently unavailable before dispatch, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equivalent or greater quality, value and design aesthetic, preserving the overall character and intended experience of the collection. Where a suitable substitute cannot reasonably be provided, we will contact you to discuss the available options before dispatch.
Refused Deliveries
Where a customer refuses delivery or fails to pay applicable customs charges resulting in the parcel being returned, LuxeBox Atelier reserves the right to deduct any shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees or other charges incurred before processing any applicable refund, where permitted by law.
Force Majeure
LuxeBox Atelier shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil its shipping obligations where such delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, industrial disputes, transportation disruptions or failures affecting suppliers or courier services.

Made-to-Order & Limited Collection Production.
Each LuxeBox Atelier collection is assembled in limited quantities using carefully selected pieces sourced from independent designers, artisans and premium brands.
While most orders are dispatched within our standard processing timeframe, there may occasionally be extended preparation times if we are awaiting the arrival of a specific item required to complete your curated collection.
In these circumstances, dispatch may take longer than our standard shipping estimate. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimated dispatch date.
We appreciate your patience as this slower production model allows us to minimise unnecessary inventory, reduce waste and ensure every collection meets our quality standards.
Dispatch estimates may be extended by up to 21 calendar days where necessary to complete a curated collection due to limited production or supplier replenishment. If a longer delay is expected, customers will be contacted and offered the option to continue waiting, accept an agreed substitute where available, or cancel the order for a full refund prior to dispatch.
